Destinations, methods and timing
No launch destination, carrier method, rate or delivery estimate is approved on this review site. Before an application or live launch, eligible countries, available methods, estimated timelines and applicable charges must be published from verified operating evidence.
International quotations
International shipping is quoted only after partner-warehouse weighing and measurement. Quotes may expire and must be reconfirmed if measurements, carrier availability or restrictions change.
Taxes and customs
Version one is non-DDP by default. Customers are normally responsible for duties, taxes, import qualifications, truthful clearance documents and destination compliance.
Delivery evidence and disputes
Carrier scans, warehouse records, signed receipt and customer reports may be reviewed together. A disputed delivery is not automatically marked complete.
Loss, damage and delay
Carrier and insurance terms apply. We do not advertise full compensation without purchased coverage, and platform-caused addressing or handover errors remain our responsibility.
