Fareniv issues the customer order, receives payment only for that order, performs the confirmed purchase and handles customer support, order errors, cancellations, refunds and disputes within the published terms.

About Fareniv
Fareniv is the trading brand of HK NTE SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED for AI-assisted China product sourcing, entrusted purchasing and China-side fulfilment support.
Important
Customers contract and place product purchase orders directly with Fareniv. China marketplace sellers are upstream suppliers; Fareniv is not a marketplace, payment intermediary or seller funds-splitting platform.
The supplier relationship
Fareniv selects and purchases from China suppliers as upstream vendors. Customers do not pay those suppliers through Fareniv, and Fareniv does not operate seller accounts, payouts or split settlements.
What technology does
AI assists product identification and Chinese search preparation. Human administrators confirm candidates, exact SKUs, quotes and supplier purchases; software does not autonomously place or pay 1688 orders.
Two fulfilment choices
Goods may be delivered to the customer's nominated China logistics provider, or received at a partner warehouse before the customer considers a separately priced international shipping order.
Current status
This public site is provided for business and payment-provider review. Airwallex and Stripe remain disabled and no customer transaction is accepted.
