Delivery to your China logistics provider.
This path is for customers who already have a freight forwarder or consolidation partner in mainland China.
2. We purchase and track domestic delivery
The confirmed goods are sent to that address. Domestic tracking and supplier shipment evidence remain attached to the purchase order.
3. Your provider confirms receipt
Completion is based on verified receipt and the applicable dispute window—not merely a tracking status.
Responsibility boundary
After completion, international transport arranged by your provider is outside the platform shipping order. Address errors or refusal costs may be borne by the customer when disclosed and evidenced.
