Customers place sourcing and product purchase orders directly with the platform. We are an AI-assisted sourcing and entrusted purchasing service—not a marketplace or payment intermediary for 1688 sellers. Platform international shipping, when selected, is a separate order.
Review a translated sourcing report
We identify the item, build Chinese search terms and present qualified public 1688 candidates with translated SKUs, MOQs, reference prices and visible risks.
Approve a separate purchase order
Choose the exact supplier offer, SKU and quantity. Fareniv rechecks the source facts, then issues a goods purchase order showing the product price, China domestic freight, service fees and currency before the first payment.
Purchase, receive and measure
After verified payment, Fareniv purchases from the upstream China supplier. Goods go to your nominated China forwarder or a partner warehouse for receiving and measurement.
Approve international shipping separately
International shipping is not included in the goods purchase order. If selected, actual warehouse weight and dimensions produce a separate shipping quote, order and second payment.
